COMPETITION LAW

Cartel law

Anti-trust law serves to ensure the continuance of functioning competition. Even the commitment by a dealer to work with one single supplier may already be illegal. Violations of the German law against unfair competition (GWB) and the provisions of European law are increasingly being pursued by the competition authorities as well as by the competitors themselves. This means that comprehensive consultancy in anti-trust matters, in particular during contract drafting, has become more and more important.

We provide consultancy services in all areas of German and European anti-trust law, and represent our clients' interests before the German cartel authority (Bundeskartellamt), the EU Commission as well as the anti-trust courts.
